"I've gotten my home on July 19th and it was a learning but very helpful time and experience! I'm a new owner and this was my first time buying a home so it took a few bumps due to that, but still compared to what it could have been, it went amazingly! Nicole Coward was there as my Agent throughout the whole process, helping me and keeping in contact through the whole process! One moment that helped so much was how no matter how far or how busy she might have been- she does have kiddos and is a hard working Mother!- she still took time to show me the house and explained things that I didn't understand at the time. As I am only 22 with a simple job. Another time would be the time where the closing Statement was not sent yet and she was able to get into contact with the Loaners and get the Statement just in time! So, for anybody ever going to do this, I would recommend someone who you can text and respond to. A communication with both parties goes a long way instead of one side doing everything. And Nicole did that throughout the whole process of getting my own home! I will obviously go with these people again if I ever move from this home. Not happening anytime soon, but I will when the time comes. Thank you Fontaine, and thank you Nicole, for all of this."

"Nicole Paul is our broker and went on maternity leave just before showing us the house. Kelly Webb took over, and we were very impressed with the quality of service that she provided. She made this home buying experience very easy and we are so happy with all of her hard work in getting this house closing done so effortlessly."

"Me and my spouse recently purchased a plot of land in Maine for our future home. I was referred to Fontaine Real Estate by a friend of mine who lives in Maine. I can’t say enough good things about our agent Nicole C. We felt as though she always had our best interests in mind and we never felt rushed in the process. She was professional and prompt to answer all of our questions. She was so easy to work with and we are beyond pleased with our purchase. She never made us feel pressured to just pick a piece of land and buy it. After we closed on our land, about 2 days later one of the owners of Fontaine Family Real Estate took the time to give me a call and thank me for my business. It’s just not something you see all the time and I thought it was nice. If you are purchasing/selling land in Maine, I would highly recommend checking out this agency."
