Mark grew up in Monmouth and currently resides in Augusta. He attended Monmouth Academy and later earned his bachelor’s degree in applied science and business management from the University of Maine at Augusta.
Before joining Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader®, Mark worked as a Realtor® for four years in the greater central Maine area. In addition to his experience in real estate, he has an extensive history in business management and as an entrepreneur, having operated his own small construction company. His 20+ years of experience in customer relations have shaped his commitment to providing exceptional client service built on trust, transparency, and results.
When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors in all seasons—whether hiking, skiing, or relaxing with his family. He and his wife, Katie, have been together for over ten years and are proud parents to their young son, Van, and two loyal Labs. Mark also enjoys cooking, reading, home improvement projects, and staying active through exercise.
Mark will be working with both buyers and sellers, continuing Fontaine Family’s tradition of delivering world-class service and local expertise.
