Julianna grew up in Westbrook, ME and graduated from Westbrook High School in 1983. After high school she attended University of Maine, followed by University of Arizona, graduating in 1997 with a Ph.D. in Anthropology. When she’s not showing homes, Julianna is the owner/operator of Coast Village Inn & Cottages in Wells, Maine. She also works at the Brick Store Museum in Kennebunk as an Outreach & Events Manager. Another accomplishment is the opportunity to teach at the University of Maine Farmington, at a semester at sea and in many countries.
Julianna is a proud mom of three wonderful daughters. Her oldest, Hannah, is currently studying at Rand Corporation in Santa Monica, CA perusing her Ph.D. in Statistics and Public Policy. Her middle child, Mary, is a junior at Clark University in Worcester, MA majoring in Psychology. And Sarah, her youngest, is one of two US students studying at United World College in Changshu, China.
Julianna comes to Fontaine with her Maine real estate sales agent license and is looking forward to helping clients find their forever home. She is a member of Hospitality Maine and the Wells Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Julianna enjoys watercolor and oil painting, along with swimming, yoga and meditating. Julianna currently resides in Wells and will be working out of our Scarborough location.
