Crystal Fontaine-Bergeron – Broker Owner
With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Crystal began her career in 1997 as both a buyer’s agent and administrative assistant. Today, she is a dedicated Broker Owner who oversees bank-owned property dispositions, coordinates with service providers, and maintains strong relationships with asset managers. She also manages all incoming email inquiries, ensuring every lead is assigned to the right agent immediately—because responsiveness matters.
In addition to her ownership role, Crystal helps lead and support the agent team, providing guidance, hands-on management, and expert problem-solving to keep transactions and operations running smoothly.
Crystal is a proud member of the Fontaine Ambassadors' Council—an exclusive group of top-producing realtors who meet regularly for high-level mastermind sessions, sharing strategies to elevate client service and maximize listing exposure.
She lives in Lewiston with her husband, Bill—also a realtor—and their son Brock, who has proudly joined the family business as a licensed realtor. Their daughter, Bree, serves the community as a nurse, and their son-in-law, Luke, is also part of the family business as a licensed realtor.
